Of Bewdley, formerly of Brierley Hill and Netherton, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2010, after a long illness.

Forever in our hearts.

Loving Wife Ann, Daughter Hayley, Granddaughter Charlotte and Katie and Son- in-law Tim.A Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving at The Parish Church of St John the Baptist, Wolverley, Kidderminster, 12.15pm, on Wednesday, July 21, followed by Cremation at Stourbridge Crematorium, at 1.30pm.

By request no mourning dress please.
