Passed away on Saturday, July 3, aged 51 years.

The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 15, at Christ Church, Coseley at 2.15pm, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium at 3.30pm.

Martin's Familywould appreciate it if no black attire is worn but would appreciate colours to reflect Martin's personality.
