Of Rosthwaite, Wellington, much loved Husband of Chris and Son of Irene, died peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on Monday, July 5, 2010, aged 66 years, sadly missed by his Wife, Mum, Family and many Friends.Funeral Service on Thursday, July 15, 3pm, at Telford Crematorium.

Black dress optional, colours preferred.

No flowers by request but donations please for The Shropshire and Mid Wales Kidney Patient Association.
