Peacefully on June 30, 2010, at Withybush Hospital, Pembrokeshire, aged 69 years. Tom, formerly of Longden Avenue, Shrewsbury. Adored Husband of the late Joan, devoted Father of Paul and Amanda, loving Father-in-law of Jayne, dearest Grandfather of Finn and a dear Brother.

Funeral, Thursday, July 8, Service, 2pm, at St David's and St Patrick's Catholic Church, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.

In accordance with Tom's wishes he will be laid to rest with Joan in Longden Cemetery, Shrewsbury, on Friday, July 9, at 2pm.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, for either Cancer Research UK or The Chemotherapy Day Unit at Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest, may be sent to Mrs D Belton, Robleston, Camrose, Haverfordwest.
