Funeral Service, 12.45pm on Monday, June 21, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, St Andrews Street, Netherton, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.

Family flowers onlyplease, donations if desired accepted for Ebenezer Baptist Church to continue their good works.
