Passed away at Selly Oak Hospital on May 26, 2010, aged 63 years.

The Funeral Service will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel on Tuesday, June 22, at 11.30am.

Flowers or donations in lieu to the RenalUnit, New Cross Hospital.
