Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her Family at The Severn Hospice, Telford on May 20, 2010, aged 48 years.

Much loved Wife of Neil, adored Mom of Kenny, Beth and Robert, devoted Daughter of Ann and Ken, treasured Sister of Philomena, Robert, Paul, Alan and Jennifer.

Funeral Service at 3pm, Tuesday, June 1 at All Saints Church, Broseley, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.

Black dress is optional.

Flowers welcome (no Lillies please, at Jacqui's request)
