Funeral Service at St Mary's Church, Market Drayton on Thursday, May 20, 2010, 2.30pm, followed by Interment in the Cemetery.

Black optional.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for the Medical Assessment Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for which purpose a collection plate will be provided at the Church.
