Of Joseph Rich Avenue, Madeley, passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital, on May 5, 2010, aged 75 years, a much loved Wife, Mother and Grandmother, who will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 11.30am, Monday, May 17, at St Michael's Church, Madeley, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations which will be divided between Ward 7 and the Cardio Respiratory Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital, would be appreciated.
