Of Ashley Court, Dawley, passed away peacefully at home with his Family on April 8, 2010, after a long illness, aged 73 years.
A dearly loved Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad who will be missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service 3.00pm, Monday, April 19, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only please but if desired donations for The Macmillan Nurses would be appreciated.
