Of Teagues Crescent, Trench, Telford. Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, on Good Friday, April 2, 2010, aged 43 years. Beloved Son of Mary and Malcolm, loving Brother of John, Tim and Helen, dear Brother-in-law of Ernie and Nora and much loved Uncle.

A Requiem Mass will be held at St Patrick's R C Church, Wellington, on Wednesday, April 21, 2010, at 1.30pm, followed by Committal Service at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations, if desiredplease, to be divided between The ITU at The Princess Royal Hospital and The Shropshire and Mid Wales Kidney Patients Association, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
