Funeral Service at Ebenezer Congreational Chapel, Fordam on Wednesday, April 7 at 1.30pm, followed by Interment in Fordam Chapel yard.

Family flowers only, donations would be appreciated for Marie Curie, Macmillan Nurses or Welshpool Baptist Church.
