Terry and Eileen would like to thank Family, Friends and Neighbours for flowers, cards and messages and donations to Alzheimer's Research Trust.

Thanks also to Father Ron Farrell for conducting a lovely Service, all Staff of Ward Newton 3 of Sandwell General Hospital for their care to Mom and also G Gibbs, Funeral Directors for their care and service.

A big thank you to Ann for her help and support, especially over the last few weeks.
