Passed away on March 17, 2010, aged 53 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, on Thursday, April 8, 2010, at 11am.

The moment that you died, my heart was torn in two, one side filled with heartache, the other died with you, I often lie awake at night when the world is fast asleep and take a walk down memory lane, with tears upon my cheeks, remembering you is easy, I do it every day but missing you is a heartache that never goes away, I hold you tightly within my heart and there you will remain.

I watched the clock time went so slow, you fought to stay but had to go, I couldn't stop time ticking by but memories of you will never die, you were my Mom I'm proud to say, I know you won't be far away butas tears fall down my face, I know you're in a better place, happy now, free from pain, so Mom until we meet again.
