Kath and Family would like to thank Family, Friends and Neighbours for the cards and flowers that were sent, also everyone who came to the Service at Newton Road Crematorium.

Special thanks to Reverend Lungley for both Services he gave, also to A & A Walters Funeral Services.

My special thanks to Daniel's Doctors, also Joan Starkey and the District Nurses who were so kind to Daniel while he was ill.
