Thanks to Reverend Christine Sykes and Richard Shepherd MP, for making the Service a fitting tribute to the memory of Roy.

Thanks to the Staff for the excellent care received by Roy on Ward 2, at Stafford Hospital, Maple Court, Care Home and Dr Holden, Castlefields Surgery.
