Sylvia, Trevor, Stuart and Mark would personally like to thank the Reverend Tim O'Brien for the wonderful tribute to Dawn, to Harun, Tracy and Elaine, to Rachel and Staff at Bridgnorth Hospital, to Yvonne, Jean, Lyn, Lis and Ann for their help, love and Friendship, to all Friends on the Night Staff for their support over the past year, to the District Nurses and to Doctor S.
