Of Muxton, Telford, passed away on February 17, 2010, aged 59 years.
He will be sadly missed by Wife Judy, CJ (the dog), Brother Sam, Sister Chris and all of the Family.
Funeral Service 12.00 noon, Saturday, February 27, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request, donations to Clic Sargent would be appreciated.
