Passed away peacefully in Gadlas Hall Nursing Home, Dudleston Heath, on Sunday, February 14, 2010, aged 81 years, formerly of Ellesmere.

Dear Brother to Irene, dearest Uncle to Jimmy, Ann, Lewis, Ann, Beryl, Ken, Madeline and the late Alison.

Jack will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Thursday, February 25, at 2pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to The County Air Ambulance.

Jack's Family would like to invite all Friends who are unable to come to Pentrebychan to join them at the Comrades Club, Ellesmere for refreshments at 3pm onwards.
