A wonderful life taken too soon.

Beloved youngest Daughter of Pauline and Tom Bache, cherished Sister of Sarah, Janette and Nicholas, adored Auntie, Niece, Cousin, God Mother and a Friend of many.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, February 26, at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers to The Bridgnorth Hospital League Of Friends, for which purpose a collection box willbe provided at the Crematorium.

The Family sends its heartfelt thanks to Bridgnorth Doctors, Bridgnorth District Nursing Team, Hospice At Home and the Carers, for the care of Suzanne and Family.
