We satbeside your bedside, not knowing what to do, we held your hand and kissed your face and told you we loved you.

Through tears we saw you sinking, we watched you fade away, although our hearts were breaking we knew you could not stay.

It broke our hearts to lose you, but now you are at rest, we miss you so and love you, to us you were the very best.
