Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Tuesday, February9, 2010, at 12.30pm.

No flowers by request, donations, if desired please, to be divided between The Renal Unit and Ward 23N at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
