Very suddenly, at his home in Alford on Sunday, April 18, 2004, Alexander Shearer (Soaper), aged 71 years, devoted husband of Chrissie Morgan, dear dad of Eric, Gary and the late Zander, loving father-in-la w to Lesley and Pam, dear papa to Linda, Emma, Greg, Lauren and Andrew, a loving great grandpa and a dear brother of Peggy. Funeral service in Howe Trinity Parish Church on Wednesday, April 21, at 12.30 p.m. All friends respectfully invited. Cremation thereafter private. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired can be made at church door for the British Heart Foundation. No black ties at his own request.
