Peacefully, at St. Raphael's Nursing Home, Edinburgh, on August 4, 2004, Ella (formerly of the staff of James Gillespie's School for Boys, and Homecross House, Marchmont), only daughter of the late Mr and Mrs William Henderson, Watchmaker, Strichen, Aberdeenshire. Beloved sister of the late Bill, Ian and Allan. Dearly loved aunt of Jean, Bill and Dorothy, dear great-aunt and great-great- aunt. Funeral service on Friday, August 13, at 11.45 a.m., in St. Giles' Marchmont Parish Church, Kilgraston Road, Edinburgh, and funeral thereafter to Mortonhall Crematorium, Pentland Chapel, for 12.30 p.m. Family flowers only please, but donations in aid of St. Raphael's (Charity Number CR39420/SERVICE HISTORY) may be made at the church retiral collection, or by post to St. Raphael's Nursing Home, 2 South Oswald Road, Edinburgh EH9 2HG.
